About Reorder PDF Pages

Drag the cards to change page order, then export in the new sequence.

It solves the two most common scanning mistakes: duplex scans that come out as two batches (pages 1–5 fronts, 6–10 backs), and a stack that went through face-down so the order is reversed. A few drags sort it out. Moving a summary, cover or signature page to the front is the other everyday case.

Only the order changes; pages are never re-rendered, so quality is untouched and the file size barely moves. That is fundamentally different from exporting pages as images and reassembling them — that approach turns text into pictures, inflates the file, and leaves nothing searchable or selectable.

The page label reads like "3 ← 1": this page is now third, was originally page one. If it gets confusing, the reset button puts everything back.

Frequently asked questions

Does reordering lose quality?

No. Only the sequence changes; page content is copied as-is, with no re-render and no recompression.

My duplex scan came out as two batches — how do I interleave?

Drag the second batch's page 6 behind page 1, page 7 behind page 2, and so on. On long files, delete the pages you do not need first.

What does the label mean?

It reads like 3 with an arrow back to 1: this page is now third and was originally first, so you can check against the source.

I dragged something wrong — now what?

Hit reset order to return to the arrangement as loaded; the file itself is untouched.
