Including these details gets it handled much faster: which tool, what you entered, what you expected, and what you actually saw. A screenshot helps.
- If a calculation is wrong, please include the exact input and output — I can reproduce it directly from those.
- New tool suggestions are welcome too, but please describe the use case — I need to judge whether it deserves a page of its own.
When to expect a reply
Usually a reply within a few days. The site is maintained by one person with no fixed hours, so please do not expect an instant answer for anything urgent.
Please do not send passwords, secret keys or ID numbers. Diagnosing a problem only needs the input and output of the tool, never your real account data.
