Crop PDF
Set the four margins in millimetres and every page is cropped the same way. Nothing is re-rendered, so text stays sharp and the file gets no bigger.

Cropping sets the page's crop box rather than deleting content: the file size barely changes and some viewers (or a printer's fit-to-page) may still show the area outside. That is how PDF cropping works — use it to remove a scanner's border, not to redact.
About Crop PDF
Scans, faxes and reports exported from a system usually carry a white margin: wasteful to print, sloppy to send. Type how many millimetres to keep on each side and every page is cropped to the same box, then saved as a new PDF.
"Trim white borders" is the no-numbers path. It renders page one to pixels, finds the bounding box of everything that is not white, then adds 2% back — without that padding, binding holes, handwritten notes or table rules near the edge get clipped. Multi-page documents inherit page one's box, which assumes the pages share a layout (normally true for one scanner pass).
Cropping sets the CropBox; it does not delete content. The text and images are all still there, only the visible area changes — which is why the file size barely moves. If you wanted a smaller file, that is PDF compression, a different tool. Some viewers, and a printer's fit-to-page option, may still reveal what is outside the box; that is true of every PDF cropper, not a shortcut taken here.
Rotated pages are handled. Scans are often /Rotate 90 or 270, where the "top" you see is the page's left edge. The four margins are mapped back to unrotated coordinates per page, otherwise landscape scans get cropped in the wrong direction — this is where many online tools fall over.
Nothing is re-rendered, so text stays vector and sharp, with no second round of image compression.
Everything runs in the browser; the file is never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the file not smaller after cropping?
Cropping only changes the visible area (CropBox); the content is still there. Use PDF compression to shrink size.
Is the outside content actually deleted?
No. Some viewers, or a printer's fit-to-page, may still show it. This tool removes white margins — it is not a redaction tool.
Will auto-trim cut off content near the edge?
A 2% padding guards against that. If something still gets clipped, lower the four numbers and crop again.
Does it work on landscape scans?
Yes. The margins are mapped back through the page rotation, so the crop lands the right way round.
Can I crop only some pages?
Tick "First page only" to preview; otherwise the whole document gets the same box.
Is the file uploaded?
No, everything happens in the browser.
