Salary Tax Calculator
Monthly tax brackets

An estimate based on the monthly bracket table. Real payroll uses cumulative withholding, so the monthly figure drifts through the year while the annual total stays close. Annual bonuses and freelance income are outside this calculation.
About Salary Tax Calculator
Enter the monthly income, your own share of social insurance and housing fund, and any additional deductions. The page returns taxable income, the applicable rate, the quick deduction, the tax due and what actually lands in your account.
Additional deductions cover children's education, continuing education, major medical expenses, mortgage interest, rent, support for elderly parents and care for children under three. Add up the monthly total and type it in.
One difference is worth spelling out. This estimates with the monthly bracket table. Real payroll uses cumulative withholding, so the rate starts low in January and steps up during the year for higher earners; the monthly figure moves around while the annual total stays close. Annual bonuses and freelance income are outside the scope.
Frequently asked questions
Why does payroll deduct a different amount?
Salary tax uses cumulative withholding: less early in the year, then stepping up. This page estimates a single month, and the annual total is what comes closest.
What goes in the deduction box?
The monthly total you actually claim. Children's education at 2000 plus elderly support at 3000 means typing 5000.
Do I enter the employee or employer share of insurance?
The employee share only, since that is what gets deducted before tax. The employer's contribution is not part of your taxable income.
What about annual bonuses?
Bonuses use a separate method, converted to a monthly equivalent before picking a bracket. This page does not cover it.
